AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF HATTIESBURG TO ANNUALLY CONTRIBUTE AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS TO THE CENTER FOR GIFTED STUDIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Hattiesburg may contribute annually, from any available funds, a sum of money not exceeding Nine Hundred Eighty-five Dollars ($985.00) to the Center for Gifted Studies.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and shall be in force from and after its passage.
